NEWS

• We are back for our third year!! We are very much looking forward to some exciting meetings and rituals, as you can see by our schedule below. We also have some social actions planned to restore the positivity of the Wiccan and pagan faiths! These include a community restoration project, public education efforts about Stamford’s new single stream recycling program and a Fundraising With Flowers event for the Spring. Please email the UUSIS Administrator if you are interested in learning more about our group!

NEXT MEETING: Come sample some of the resources provided by the UU Association and the UU Women and Religion to encourage appreciation for the Divine Feminine within our congregations. Lee Sullivan will lead and host the April 20 gathering of the Sacred Circle, with brief introductions to “Cakes for the Queen of Heaven,” “Rise Up and Call Her Name,” and “Becoming Women of Wisdom.” We will demonstrate some of the lesson activities, including a sampling of the audio and visual aids. This program is not just for members of the UU Pagans, but will be of interest to everyone who has any curiosity about

Goddess history and worship and what difference such knowledge can have in our communal and personal lives. Please call the office if you plan to come to enable an appropriate arrangement of the meeting room and to make provision of sufficient handouts.

We hope to see you April 20 at 7pm at Lee Sullivan’s home (come in through the garage door).
