Support Coups for Troops!
The goal of Coups For Troops is to help make the lives of
soldiers and their families a little easier. Commissaries overseas accept manufacturer
coupons up to six months past expiration. You can help by donating your coupons to
UUSIS (there is a box in the Social Room). All manufacturer and printed internet
coupons are accepted. Store coupons cannot be used (ie Target, Walgreens) and Restaurant
coupons cannot be used (ie Olive Garden, Boston Market). Because of the time it takes
packages to get to recipients, send coupons that have expired in the last month or
two. The coupons have to be cut before sending them so more coupons can fit in a
smaller package. It is not necessary to sort your coupons or tally the total amount
of savings. Please do not staple your coupons. If you can't cut them before donating,
let us know.
You can also help by posting a flyer or using Facebook/Twitter to inform
your friends.
This is an easy way to make a difference in the lives of people who
